If you were looking to buy a new sofa, dining table or even washing machine, the way it looks would almost certainly be a factor. Anything new needs to fit in with what you already have. You’ve spent a lot of time bringing together the features of your house and rest assured that your stairlift will suit your home.
We’re a stairlift manufacturing company, so our stair lifts are designed for comfort, safety and ease of use. Not only that but our chairs are designed for style as well. As a stairlift manufacturer, we focus on designing and building products at the cutting edge of safety and innovation complying with all safety standards.
We can help you choose the one that best fits your needs, for example, if your balance is not the best, check stairlift models that allow the footrest to be folded via a link to the arm or seat, or even better via an automatic button in the arm, rather than having to bend down.
If your stairs are wide or narrow, you may need to have some preparatory work done, or if there’s an obstruction, you might need to remove radiators or furniture.
Our stairlifts are customizable, so that they can match your tastes and your home – a stairlift is a new piece of furniture after all.
We offer a wide range of features to choose from to fit all kinds of staircases, straight and with curves, including perched seat stairlifts and curved stairlifts. We also offer many upholstery options or footrest carpets.
Choosing a chair
Firstly, you need to choose a chair that best suits your needs. Some of them have features that fit your needs and likes. The Siena has longer armrests for added support when you’re getting in and out of the chair. The Starla pitches backwards slightly, so you feel safer sitting back in your stairlift.
There’s more: you can also choose the colour of the upholstery, and some chairs come with both woven and vinyl options.
Customizing your chair
Our two most customizable chairs are the Starla and the Siena. Check out what you can change to make the chair your own.
The Starla
In terms of aesthetics, look no further. The Starla can be the gorgeous centerpiece of your foyer or just a comfortable chair to take you up the back staircase. Pictures of the Starla only tell part of the story: you won’t understand just how comfortable this chair is until you are actually sitting in it.
The Starla gives you a choice between a fully upholstered seat and upholstery combined with wood trim (if you want wood trim you even have a choice of light or dark wood). You can choose if the seat is covered in vinyl or fabric, and you have a choice of colours. It really does depend on your personal tastes.
The Siena
The Siena is our most practical chair. You have slightly fewer options than the Starla in terms of looks, but the chair comes in two widths for a bit of extra room. The Siena also has longer armrests, as standard.
Just because you have fewer options, doesn’t mean there aren’t any. You have a choice of five lovely colours for the vinyl upholstery of your chair.

The Sadler
If you have limited or restricted movement in your hip joints, or have trouble bending your legs, our Sadler is the best option for you, the adjustable seat takes most of your weight, reducing the strain on your legs. Its slim design is also a great alternative for homes with narrow stairs.
You don't have to worry about stability either, the retractable seat belt fastens securely with one hand, and the belt can be easily operated even if your hands aren’t as nimble as they used to be.
Customising your rail
Our curved rail comes in “pearl”, which matches most paintwork, we also offer a choice of five other colours. If one of our standard colours isn’t what you’d choose for your home, let us know and we can discuss your options.
