Here at Stannah, we’ve been continuing to provide new, (and service existing), stairlifts to people across the UK during the period of lockdown, helping the national effort against the spread of Covid-19, as much as we can.
Supporting our customers and ensuring they can keep safe in their homes is, more than ever, incredibly important to us. Whilst we continue to take every step possible in protecting those present during a home visit, including our staff, hearing lots of stories of how people are keeping happy and healthy in their homes, brings us a lot of joy.
Mr B is an inspiration
Mr B who had a stairlift installed in his home in 2019, told us:
“The Stannah lift you organised for us over a year ago is giving good service. It is also providing a very useful perch for me when visitors arrive and stand back from our front door to converse at a social distance. This illustrates the versatility of your product in emergencies like the present one!”
Not only is Mr B adhering to the social distancing guidelines, but he’s also making sure he gets in his daily indoor exercise by cycling in his living room.
We are in total admiration of his positive attitude to the government rules during this time and it is encouraging us to make sure we keep on being active too.
